Caring Together Warwickshire supports unpaid carers of all ages. It provides a single point of contact for information, advice, access to community support, groups, and activities. In addition, it delivers targeted support for adult carers, including statutory Carer’s Assessments under the Care Act 2014, support and contingency planning, and emotional support. Targeted support is also available for young carers, including Young Carers Assessments, planning, emotional support, and access to groups and activities.

If you are a Young Carer (5-18 years), we can help you by listening to you when you want to talk, giving you information and advice, arrange trips and activities to give you a break from your caring responsibilities and support you through any troubles you may have in school.
